Elevate Indianapolis exists to build long-term, life-changing relationships with urban youth, equipping them to thrive and contribute to their community. As an innovative education and mentoring non-profit with five program areas (accredited classes, mentoring, adventure, college & career, and relief), we serve Indianapolis students who live in over 20 zip codes through our holistic model, emphasizing both in and after school year-round relationships.

As part of a re-organization, we are expanding and receiving resumes for 3 newly created positions to be filled in early 2021. We are looking for high-character experienced candidates who share our passion for impact and results through life-changing relationships and opportunities. Ideal staff candidates will have lived in urban Indianapolis, attended Indianapolis schools, received post-secondary training, represent the communities we serve, and feel called to impact urban students.

Available positions:

1. In-School Program Coordinator

Description: This position provides direct admin support to both pipelines to coordinate data, curriculum, and in-school programming systems and operations.
Salary Range: $36-43k depending on experience.
Department: In-School Program

2. Elevate Beyond Lead Teacher-Mentor

Description: This position is a Teacher-Mentor position who will serving as the lead teacher for both pipelines in the Elevate Beyond classes with a mentoring caseload focused on upperclassman and alumni.
Salary Range: $40-55k depending on experience.
Department: Pathways to Purpose

3. Pathways to Purpose Coordinator

Description: This position will provide administrative support, partner and program event planning, alumni and parent event coordinating, and support alignment between Elevate Beyond classes and Pathways out-of-school programming.
Salary Range: $36-43k depending on experience. P/T possible to start.
Department: Pathways to Purpose
