ELEVATE & IPS COLLEGE COMMON CORE EXPANSION
Earlier this year, we launched the Elevate Indianapolis IPS Indiana College Core Cohort, which aims to serve up to 200 students annually within five years. Elevate Indy launched the first IVYT dual credit “Intro to Elevate” cohort at Arsenal Tech in January 2023, with a second cohort at ATHS commencing in the 23/24 academic year. We plan to expand the course to other IPS high schools in the future. Learn more about college core.
Elevate Indy provides students with 24/7 access to wrap-around mentoring and support, including college and career programming, as part of its unique approach. IPS Elevate College Core students are enrolling in one additional Elevate course during their high school caterer to foster strong in-school and out-of-school relationships within the cohort.
In collaboration with IPS, we have introduced the Ivy Tech College Core program at Arsenal Tech High School. If you would like to learn more about this unique program and partnership please email info@elevateindy.org.
COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT PARTNERS
At Elevate we believe that Collaboration yields the best long-term results, acknowledging that the complex work in urban centers cannot be done single-handedly.
Therefore, Elevate seeks Community Engagement Partners who can collaborate together in the mission of building long-term, life-changing relationships with Indianapolis urban youth.
As a Community Engagement Partner, you will support Elevate through volunteerism, financial/in-kind support, and advocacy.

During this one-hour Lunch & Learn you will have the opportunity to observe an Elevate class from our Arsenal Tech High School pipeline, hear about how our model is showing up for urban youth, and meet Elevate Indy staff members. This is OUR LAST Site Visit of the 2022-2023 school year – you won’t want to miss it!

His plans after high school are to work to own his own barbershop.
